35hrs per week (8:30am – 4:00pm)
Monday – Friday
40 weeks per year (term time only)

It will utilise all of your communication, administration, personal assistant and leadership skills.

Clearview Primary is a decile 10 school in Rolleston, Canterbury with its doors officially opening in 2010. Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Day to day management of the office
  • Responsibility for front-line office personnel
  • First point of contact for the school, dealing with correspondence/phone calls/enrolments
  • Co-ordination of meetings and appointments as required
  • Management of School Management System (Linc_Ed) and Filing Systems of all enrolled children and staff
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/admin systems
  • Maintaining proactive and positive relationships with parents and prospective parents
  • Liaising with parents, suppliers and staff
  • Miscellaneous tasks to support the Principal
  • Attending to student wellbeing in wellness room
  • Board of Trustees administration including meeting attendance and minute taking
  • NOVOPAY Support


  • Must have experience in administrative work or related field
  • Can build strong relationships and has excellent interpersonal skills
  • Can communicate effectively and positively.
  • Maintains confidentiality and discretion
  • Positive attitude, courteous and respectful
  • Organisational skills and ability to multi task and prioritize
