Attendance

At Clearview Primary School, we believe every day at school matters. Regular attendance is one of the most important factors in a child’s learning and wellbeing. When tamariki attend school consistently, they build strong foundations, develop friendships, and reach their full potential.

Our target is for at least 80% of our tamariki to attend school 90% of the time or more. This aligns with the Ministry of Education’s national attendance expectations.

We are committed to working in genuine partnership with whānau to understand barriers to attendance and provide support before absence becomes a problem.
