Learning Model

Clearview Primary is developing a Concept Based Inquiry Model which allows teachers to integrate learning across the curriculum. Under a concept like ‘Change’ teachers design different learning experiences that increase students knowledge while enabling them to be curious, skilled thinkers and communicators. Using this model of learning also allows teachers the freedom to design learning experiences which engage and motivate their students. 

The New Zealand Curriculum refresh is also using a Concept Based Model. Designing our own Concept Based Inquiry Model will allow us to integrate the new NZ Curriculum when it is released over the next 3-4 years.
