These costs are a guideline only and subject to change without notice. Tuition fees are subject to changes in Government Legislation relating to finance or GST.

Payment instructions will be provided on the invoice issued. We do not accept credit cards.  International Learners must have a current visa and current comprehensive medical and travel insurance (policies to be in English) to meet Code of Practice 2021 and Immigration requirements while in New Zealand. Please note:  Clearview does not arrange travel or medical insurance.  You must purchase your own insurance for the student and you must provide an English copy of the policy and certificate to the school before departure from home country.  Medical and travel insurance must be full and comprehensive insurance, including costs for expatriation and repatriation.

The tuition fee includes all costs in New Zealand dollars, but does not include:

• School uniform
  • approximately $220 - $250, not including shoes.
• Additional writing materials and electronic devices
  • annual stationery $90-$110 + cost of chosen device
• Specialised music tuition and associated costs
  • Enquiries to Monster Music directly 
• Costs associated with any extra-curricular activities, such as sport, camps, trips outside of the school, performances and after school activities
  • Approx $20-$300 depending on activities
• Entry into academic competitions
  • Approx $10-$20 per competition
• Busy Bumbles (after school & holiday programme) attendance
  • Enquiries to Busy Bumbles directly
• Any specialist teaching required other than English as an Additional Language
  • Independent charging, guide ranging from $20-$100 per hour
• Any supportive software to assist learning
  • Approx $35-$100 per year
• Any specialist assessment if required
  • $700-$4000+ depending on assessment - guide only
• New Zealand school dental and health services
  • $150-$4000 depending on service and insurance - guide only

FEES PROTECTION

The Board of Clearview Primary School guarantees to repay all outstanding fees to International Learners in the unlikely event of the school being unable to continue functioning. Please find our Policy here.
