Clearview School : Strategic Roadmap 2026: Pillars for Success
As we move through 2026, everything we do at Clearview is anchored in three key goals - Being Responsive, Sparking Connections, and Inspiring Environments - and our Strategic Roadmap brings these to life in practical, purposeful ways.
Being Responsive sits at the heart of our curriculum and wellbeing work. Through our Maths and Literacy Frameworks, we are ensuring every ākonga has access to clear, consistent teaching across all terms. Our 4-Tier Behaviour Matrix means staff and students share a common language and set of expectations, enabling us to respond quickly and consistently to the needs of every learner.
Sparking Connections drives our commitment to the community. Our Whānau Connection Events (including community picnics and Ako Afternoons) are designed to open the doors of our school and invite whānau into the learning journey. When families and school walk together, the impact on ākonga is profound.
Inspiring Environments reflects our investment in the spaces and skills that make great learning possible. Strategic property upgrades, including our Big Block modifications and furniture refresh, are creating environments that feel welcoming and fit for purpose. Paired with targeted professional development in AI and Trauma-informed Practice, we are ensuring our people are just as well-resourced as our spaces.
Together, these initiatives form a roadmap that is ambitious, grounded, and deeply connected to what matters most at Clearview.
